Our textured proteins will cut meal time preparation and clean up in half. Requires no cutting or dicing; no fat or bones to trim; and only one pot to wash.

  • Step 1: Simmer the textured soy protein in water or broth. The pieces can soak overnight in the refrigerator or be simmered on a stove top (our textured soy protein pieces will double your budget by expanding twice in size).
