Uncolored textured soy protein is available in strings, minced, chunks, or slices. Caramel-colored soy protein pieces are available in Minced (like ground beef) or Tidbits (like steak strips) style. These protein pieces are extremely versatile and you will benefit from soy's health protective isoflavones (they are gluten and MSG free).

Meals in Minutes - Healthy Meal Initiative
Our textured proteins will cut meal time preparation and clean up in half. Requires no cutting or dicing; no fat or bones to trim; and only one pot to wash.
- Step 1: Simmer the textured soy protein in water or broth. The pieces can soak overnight in the refrigerator or be simmered on a stove top (our textured soy protein pieces will double your budget by expanding twice in size).
- Step 2: Replace some or all of the chicken, beef or pork in recipes like chicken chow mein, sweet 'n' sour chicken, beef stew, pepper steak, beef lo mein, hamburgers, meatloaf, stuffed peppers, stir fried steak or any of your favorite dishes. Enjoy!!
